For Wholesalers and Developers: We provide an ecosystem, data filters, and access to the Fire Sale App beta marketplace to connect buyers and joint-venture partners with off-market real estate opportunities.

Real Estate Professional Disclaimer: Nexterday is a real estate investment firm. While our principals or team members may hold real estate licenses in various jurisdictions (including Illinois), unless expressly agreed to in a separate, signed written brokerage agreement, Nexterday is acting strictly as a principal, investor, or wholesaler in these transactions, and is not acting as your real estate agent, broker, or fiduciary. No agency relationship is created by your use of this website.

2. Eligibility & User Accounts

No Unauthorized Lists: Wholesalers utilizing our platform or participating in the Fire Sale App beta agree that they will only submit properties for which they hold a valid, fully executed, and assignable Purchase and Sale Agreement, or direct authorization from the deed holder.

Accuracy: You agree not to submit fraudulent, highly exaggerated, or misleading property data, structural assessments, or financial evaluations.

4. Electronic Communication & TCPA/SMS Compliance

By providing your contact details via our web forms, check-boxes, or digital agreements, you explicitly request to communicate with us. Our communication policies are fully integrated with our Privacy Policy to ensure zero harassment and complete transparency.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nexterday from any third-party claims arising from your submission of inaccurate property data or unauthorized listings.

Nexterday is headquartered in Wyoming and conducts operations coast-to-coast. These Terms and any disputes arising out of your use of the website or our transactions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
